· 2 ripe bananas
· 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
· 1/4 unsweetened applesauce
· 2TBS cocoa powder * You can add more if you want this really chocolately, up to 1/2cup
· nonstick cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with nonstick spray.
2. Blend all ingredients in blender, food processor, or with hand mixer
3. Pour mix into pan.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or cooked all the way through. Let cool before cutting into squares.
