This is a foundational diet designed to build muscle and burn fat. Portions of each food will need to be adjusted to fit each individual’s body and goals. Also includes Home and Gym workouts.
Example meal set up in the program:
-Protein: Fat Free greek yogurt (<10grams of carbs), 100% whey protein, Uncured Ham, Turkey/Chicken Sausage or egg whites
-Carbs: Oats, Ezekiel Bread, Quinoa, Berries, Pineapple, Bananas, Honey, whole grain cereal
-Fats: Egg Yolks, Uncured bacon, natural nut butter, nuts/seeds, or coconut Oil
*Green Tea or Coffee (Sugar substitute: Stevia or Truvia) (Creamer Substitute: unsweetened coconut or almond milk).
