Attention Competitors the time has come for the 2018 Kentucky Muscle Derby Festival FREE Posing Seminar!!

This years seminar will be hosted at Louisville Athletic Club (Dixie Highway Location), Saturday April 21, 2018. We have been very fortunate to be sponsored by LAC Dixie Highway & Next Level Sports Nutrition who will be on hand with samples and to discuss supplements and other nutritional items found at their three Louisville locations. Wendy Edick with Body Highlights will also be available for suit/jewelry questions. Several Kentucky judges will be assisting with the clinic as well as National Level competitors. This seminar is FREE to all regardless if you are competing in the Kentucky Muscle Derby Festival. All competitors are encouraged to attend regardless of your skill level. Saturday April 21st Posing Schedule:

11:30am- 12:45pm Men’s & Women’s Bodybuilding & Classic Physique
1:00pm- 2:00pm Women’s Physique
2:15pm- 3:30pm Men’s Physique
3:45pm - 5:00pm Figure
5:15pm - 6:30pm Bikini

Please be prompt for your division, dress is whatever you feel comfortable in but we do ask that figure and bikini competitors have your heels with you.

Again, the posing seminar is free, if you are planning to workout prior to/after your posing gym fees would apply. All participants must complete a gym waiver prior to participating in this event.
