This is an informative meeting for athletes considering competition with On-The-Grind coaches. At this meeting, we will be going over all questions and outlines of competing before starting the application process. All required paperwork will be covered, then bodyfat assessments will be performed. Starting progress photos will be taken for use in each athletes prep. Please wear shorts/sports bra/tank top to the meeting for the bodyfat assessment and photos, and bring paperwork if possible. You can find all paperwork forms at:
