The food log is a simple but powerful tool to help you add some transparency to your diet. It can be easy to forget some of the things we put into our body throughout a busy day. A candy bar here, a piece of fruit there. Logging your food and drinks will help you see what is actually being put into your body. Below we have a food log template that you can download to your computer or phone. Save the food log on your desktop or phone. When you are ready to start logging your food, simply go to where you saved the Food Log template, open it up, fill it out throughout the day and save it under a new name like, "Monday Food Log." Repeat that process for each day of the week. After you have logged 3-4 days of food and drink, you can send us your logs for review at
