What is OTG?

otg.jpg

OTG stands for On-The-Grind.

It is a mindset.

It is a way of life.

Whatever you are applying yourself to you are on YOUR grind.  While others are at play, you grind away.....day in and day out, after work, before the sun comes up, in the dark, behind the scenes, and all hours of the day.  You are taking yourself to your own next level to be better than you were before.  On-The-Grind is hardcore.....it's not the easy way.  It means we are determined to overcome our adversities and walk away with a feeling of accomplishment and growth.

Being an On-The-Grind Athlete means you give all of your effort, challenge yourself, practice good integrity, and don't give in to excuses.  These athletes have come from all stages, and have each grown into a greater version of themselves by overcoming their challenges.  Select an OTG athlete to read about their Grind.
